All prices are quoted including GST (Goods and Service Tax).
- We do not accept purchases for offshore delivery. (At this stage our store will deliver to New Zealand addresses only.)
- Delivery within New Zealand is free for orders with a combined total of $100 or more, to be delivered to one address only.
- Orders under $100 will incur a $9.90 courier fee (including rural addresses).
- Orders cannot be sent to Post Office Boxes, so please supply a valid street address to avoid delays.
- Courier deliveries are Monday to Friday only (we do not offer a weekend delivery service).
- For security reasons, a signature is required for all deliveries. If you are not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
- Online orders received after 3pm on Fridays will be processed on Monday (excluding public holidays)
- If you are ordering multiple items to be delivered to more than one address, you must contact us to arrange additional courier deliveries, ideally before you complete Checkout.
Knights The Jewellers use Courierpost to carry their items.
Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location (orders are despatched as soon as possible after receipt of payment). Orders requiring ring sizing take up to 5 additional business days to complete. Although we will endeavor to meet delivery timeframes where possible, all delivery timeframes are estimates only.
We require correct and complete addresses, including a company name where necessary, and at least one contact telephone number.
We retain ownership and title of the products we supply to you until we have received the full price for the products, plus the applicable delivery charges. Once your order has arrived at the specified destination, you assume full responsibility for the product(s).
Ordering by Phone
If you require further assistance, want to make a last-minute purchase or simply prefer friendly and personal service, please call us on 09 408 1188 at our Kaitaia-based store. (We are open six days a week from 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-1pm, excluding statutory holidays.)
Once you have confirmed that you are happy with your order, we will take your credit card details over the phone and charge the agreed amount. Purchasers also have the option of making an electronic payment into our account. We also accept Paypal.
Goods will be dispatched once payment is received.
If returning items for any reason, you must contact Knights The Jewellers in the first instance, either by phone on 09 408 1188 or email email@example.com and let us know why you want to return your item.
If your request for a return is granted, you must return your item as soon as possible at your own expense (by tracked or signature delivery courier only) and include a copy of your receipt or order number so we can match your item to your order.
